Meet Jr Wray

JR is proud to be Christy's husband and a valued member of The Crouch Team since 2013. With decades of prior experience in customer service, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a dedication to exceptional service to The Crouch Team.

At The Crouch Team, JR plays a pivotal role as he works closely with both buyers and sellers, guiding them through the intricate process of transitioning from one home to the next. Additionally, he serves as the team's Operations Manager, collaborating with Christy to oversee all aspects of the business.

Since joining the team, JR has contributed to the successful closing of hundreds of homes, gaining comprehensive expertise in the entire home buying and selling journey. Known as the team's go-to problem solver, he takes pride in providing a calming presence for clients during what can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process of buying, selling, and moving.

Outside of work, JR enjoys caring for their six goats, two dogs, and cat. He treasures quality time spent with family and friends, whether it's gardening, working out, playing Pickleball, or simply being there for Christy.
