Pros: Extensive knowledge of the local area. A small group of talented individuals. Responsive and provided explanation/information upon request. Cons: could have negotiated a couple of items to a greater extent, but still did very well overall. Multiple points of contact overlapping when reaching out - coordinate action items internally before having multiple team members reach out on the same item. Overall: a very responsive and respectful group of individuals that were able to get the property under contract at full asking less closing concession and a small list of repairs. Under contract in a little over a week. These folks held up their end of the bargain, and I'd recommend them to a family member or friend. Thank you much, Crouch Team!
