Seth, the accomplished son of Christy, brings his expertise to both buyers and sellers, guiding them seamlessly from one door to the next. In addition, he meticulously manages the team's finances, oversees payroll, and maintains their overall budget.

Born and raised in the charming city of Roanoke, Seth's journey led him to graduate from Glenvar High School as Valedictorian with honors. As a dedicated Life Scout, he developed invaluable skills in leadership and responsibility. His academic pursuits took him to Virginia Tech, where he not only excelled academically but also showcased his musical talents as a member of the marching band and wind ensemble.

Since joining The Crouch Team in 2016, Seth has been an integral part of countless successful home sales, participating in hundreds of closings. His commitment to excellence in the real estate industry is unwavering, as evidenced by his extensive ongoing education with the nation's leading real estate training company.

Seth's passion for real estate is evident in his love for statistics and numbers, enabling him to assist clients in determining the optimal pricing strategy to sell their homes or negotiate the best possible price for buyers.

Outside of his professional life, Seth finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends. He also enjoys engaging in a variety of interests, including solving Rubik's cubes, playing disc golf, Pickleball, golf, and strategic board games.
